Sun Tao reviewed the development history of the association over the past decade in his speech. He stated that as a non-profit industry organization, the association has always had the original intention of serving Chinese real estate practitioners, forming a stable membership group covering the entire real estate industry and a sound organizational management system. At present, the association has branches in Melbourne, Western Australia, South Australia and other states, with over 300 registered members covering multiple fields such as developers, builders, subcontractors, material suppliers and professional service providers. The association will continue to take "integration into Australia, cross state cooperation, and China Australia exchanges" as its mission, helping members fully utilize two-way resources in broader business areas and create more business opportunities.
Sun Tao also pointed out that the real estate industries of China and Australia have strong complementarity. China exports high-quality production capacity to Australia, while Australia effectively alleviates the local housing crisis by adopting new Chinese building technologies such as prefabricated construction and cost-effective building materials.

Liang Xianghong, General Manager of ACLE Capital in Australia, mentioned in his speech that the company's main business is improved housing, headquartered in Sydney, and focuses on community housing projects. By demolishing old houses and rebuilding them, the company is committed to creating high-quality residential properties, enhancing residents' lifestyles and quality, while providing more high return real estate projects for the community, improving the community environment, and creating a higher quality of life experience for customers and the community.
Vice President Han Ruisheng, Chinese entrepreneurs Li Zhifeng and Wang Yongchao told reporters that in 2024, the Australian Chinese Real Estate Construction Association reached a strategic cooperation with the Green and Low Carbon Building Materials Committee of the Chinese and Foreign Entrepreneurs Association (referred to as the Green Construction Committee). This platform gathers excellent enterprises from various industries in China, and most of the members of the Green Building Committee are leading enterprises in the field of Chinese construction and building materials. Through this cooperation, the association has established the Australian Green Building Materials Supply Chain Platform, which directly connects with the Green Building Committee, solves the problem of selecting high-quality products and enterprises, and provides more efficient resource integration channels for member enterprises.
The evening celebration was rich in content, including award ceremonies for outstanding enterprises and song and dance performances, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere on site. (End)
